Last week, a working meeting was held at Bankova Street on the issue of holding elections during martial law. Zelenskyy instructed deputies to draft a bill. Volodymyr Zelenskyy: Ukraine can hold elections, but they must be conditional on a ceasefire, at least for the duration of the election process and voting. Frankly, we here in Ukraine believe that America should discuss this with the Russian side.
