David Arakhamia: The Verkhovna Rada is forming a working group to quickly discuss possible presidential elections in Ukraine during martial law.

Zelenskyy: The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already begun work on creating the infrastructure for holding elections. When we get to the elections, there will be problems with the number of Ukrainians living abroad. Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will create special voting infrastructure.
