During election campaign, the Commission forms the composition of the election participants, and on the night after the voting day 31 March 2019, final protocols begin to arrive from the polling stations. Presidential elections in Ukraine ends within 15 days after voting day with the establishment of official results. On this page, we present a list of candidates, as well as intermediate and final results of voting in real time.

Zelenskyy may announce presidential elections and a referendum on February 24, the fourth anniversary of the start of the war in Ukraine. Kyiv began preparing for the elections after the Trump administration demanded they be held by May 15, according to the Financial Times, citing sources.

RBC Ukraine: The bill on holding elections and a referendum could be submitted by the end of February. However, the elections themselves, like the referendum, are planned to be held no later than 90 days after the ceasefire.
