The Supreme Court of Ukraine opened proceedings in a lawsuit against the Verkhovna Rada. The author of the claim is a resident of Chernigov. He demands that the inaction of the Rada regarding the failure to call presidential elections in Ukraine for March 31, 2024 be declared illegal and that parliament be obliged to decide on a new date for the elections
